Outstanding Advocacy from Jonathan and the Apex Adjusting Team Our tenant-occupied home suffered a devastating fire that started in the garage. When the AAA adjuster arrived, he used a moisture meter and claimed there was “no moisture in the walls,” suggesting we could simply redo the garage and upstairs, paint the downstairs, and settle the claim in a week. I knew this was completely inadequate — the fire department had sprayed over 10,000 gallons of water into the attic, and the house was not safe to re-rent. I left the meeting feeling defeated.
I was very pleased working with Apex Adjusting Group, especially with Roman. He is very thorough and is able to get results. 10 out of 10!!
