horrible service in every aspect
if I could give this bank zero stars I would, but they didn’t have that option. I came into town from Florida. This bank accepted me and two girls that were with me gave us all accounts with no issues than a few months and started saying that we needed to have an Iowa ID or a Minnesota ID they were basically trying to change our residency and since we couldn’t do that because we owned a house in Florida, they shut down all three of our accounts in black balled is at all other banks
We had a wonderful experience working with Sara D and the team for our home mortgage! She was so kind, communicative and a helping hand with all our questions! She made the process so smooth, we highly recommend her and the Bank Midwest team!
