If I could give 0 stars I would. Overall horrible experience. I used them for a claim for hail damage to my roof, they failed to show for an inspection with the insurance company and insurance denied my claim. They made a second appointment and failed to show again. They then convinced me to pay out of pocket for a structural engineer which ultimately still resulted in me having a denied claim and paying for my own roof.
