Jan is the Best! Kind, curious and knows her job! She knows exactly what is needed from you to pass along to attorney Rick! I personally have a few major health conditions I was denied my first go. Then let Rick go to bat for me. He kept in touch with me through the whole process. As my date finally got closer, I had to have bipass heart surgery. I was determined not to prolong this anymore 😂. So I was released from the hospital the day before my hearing.
